Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of ReadyTrak. If you are using ReadyTrak on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. “You” means the organization and its users.

Accounts & roles

• Each tenant has administrators who control user seats, roles, and property access.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your accounts.

Tenant Data & privacy

• You own Tenant Data (units, tasks, photos, inventory, notes, etc.).
• You grant us a worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Tenant Data solely to provide the service to you.
• We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; no malware, spamming, or interference with the service.
• No attempt to access other tenants’ data or to bypass security controls.
• Respect third-party rights and privacy when uploading photos and notes.

Plans, fees & billing

• Pricing consists of a plan platform fee plus an add-on for properties beyond the included amount. Details are shown on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Additions/removals of properties may adjust the next invoice automatically.
• Taxes, if any, are your responsibility. Charges are generally non-refundable; service continues until the end of the paid period.

Trials

Trials run for the period shown at signup. At the end of the trial, continued use requires selecting a plan and adding billing. We may limit trials to prevent abuse.

Service changes & beta features

We may improve or modify the service. We may label features as beta/preview; those are provided “as is” and may change or be withdrawn.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We provide support as described on the plan you choose.

Termination

• You may cancel at any time in the app; your access continues through the paid term.
• We may suspend or terminate for material breach or security risk.
• Upon termination, you may export Tenant Data within a reasonable window; we will delete or anonymize it per our retention policy and backups schedule.

Intellectual property

We own the service and all related IP. You own your Tenant Data. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works of the service.

Confidentiality

Non-public information disclosed by either party and marked or reasonably understood as confidential will be protected and used only for the relationship here.

Warranties & liability

• Except as required by law, we disclaim all warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement).
• To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful content or misuse of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
