Six-stage turns, dates, assignments, blockers, comments, personal work lists, and supervisor triage across authorized properties.
ReadyTrak development
A practical view of what ReadyTrak supports today and what we intend to improve next.
This public page is shared directly while we gather early feedback. Plans may change as we test with real teams; no release dates are promised.

Available: a working capability in the current application. Partial: a working foundation with meaningful scope or testing limits. Planned: a development direction, not yet delivered. Exploring: not yet an implementation commitment.
Available does not mean independently audited, universally reversible, or tested at every customer scale. Some workflows still need broader production validation.
Six-stage turns, dates, assignments, blockers, comments, personal work lists, and supervisor triage across authorized properties.
Editable and property-specific templates, frozen versions attached to turns, recorded item responses, notes, sign-off, and checklist revision history.
Private, permission-checked photographs for turns, stages, Punch checklist items, inspection questions, and maintenance tickets, with optimized upload and photo viewing.
Searchable catalog, per-property stock, Receive / Use / Correct Count, all-or-nothing multi-item movements, and use linked to turns or maintenance tickets.
Property maintenance tickets, assignments, replies, attachments, and supported status/assignment history. Tickets created from inspection findings retain links to those findings and photographs.
Guarded recovery exists for supported turn notes, stage fields, inventory catalog details, and maintenance-ticket status/assignment. Older edits and other record types are not universally recoverable; physical stock movements retain their own ledger.
Authorized management can download a password-confirmed, company-wide ZIP of supported work records and attachments, with offline index, inventories and SHA-256 checksums. Property work archives and bounded queued larger exports are now supported; queued generation depends on a configured worker. Date-filtered, multi-volume and import tools are not ready.
Managers can register apartment numbers individually or in bulk, use the same unit records across turns, inspections and recurring schedules, and retire units without deleting history. Directory entries remain separate from billable declared managed-unit totals.
Declared managed-unit totals, unlimited properties and staff accounts under the current model, company storage/usage reports, and a unified public price calculator.
New workspaces have 14-day trials with read-only expiration. Unit-based checkout, webhook event receipts, and reconciliation are implemented; live Stripe test-mode checkout, webhook and proration verification remains a release gate before paid operations.
A fictional, browser-only example of turns, tickets, inventory, and Punch workflow. Demo actions do not write to customer accounts.
Signup rate limits and form checks reduce automated creation; platform admins can review and recoverably trash eligible spam trial accounts. No anti-spam guarantee.
Responsive views, saved appearance preferences, actionable dashboard summaries, and mobile improvements are available, with usability refinements still ongoing.
Date/unit filters, resumable or multi-volume export jobs beyond current bounded limits, and customer imports/restoration.
Management can record proposed company/property review windows, see an advisory sample of older completed work, place and release scoped preservation holds, and review decision history. Review policies and holds do not perform automatic purging or capacity reclamation; existing permitted photo removal remains a separate workflow.
Management can record performed archive checks, propose old completed work, receive Records Custodian review (or password-confirmed sole-manager review) with a 72-hour cooling-off interval, and inspect linked records and blockers. Offline verification and SQLite reconstruction support independent archive inspection; they do not restore a functioning ReadyTrak account, prove offsite backup recoverability, or enable archival purging.
Application-level restore testing, legally reviewed record retention requirements, full dependency checks, final destructive approvals, controlled storage recovery and supported imports. Nothing is automatically purged.
Company and property templates, assigned inspections for apartments or common areas, frozen template versions, Yes / No / N/A answers, notes, question photographs, draft saving, completed read-only records, and revision history.
Inspectors review flagged findings before completion. Requested work generates category-grouped maintenance tickets with links to originating inspection questions and their securely stored photographs; retries are protected against duplicate ticket creation.
Managers can define recurring inspections or maintenance tickets by property, apartment or common area. Schedules support pause/resume, authorized assignment, and interval changes, with audit records. Due work is created by a separate configured worker; unfinished work delays new occurrences and missed periods are consolidated. Live worker validation and property-local date handling remain open.
The online browser/PWA foundation exists. Offline write queues and reconciliation are not delivered; design must protect against conflicts and missing attachments.
Potential Android/iOS applications and selective integrations, informed by field use and partner feasibility. No releases or connectors are promised.
