PROPERTY INVENTORY
An inventory record is only useful if the numbers match the materials. ReadyTrak makes it practical to find parts, record stock movements, and connect usage to maintenance work.

Receive incoming stock, record usage, or correct the on-hand count with an explanation. Items counted as pieces use whole numbers; measured supplies can use fractions.
Add multiple materials to one receipt or use operation. Insufficient stock prevents the entire batch from posting, so a partial deduction isn't mistaken for a completed job.
Materials used can be associated with a make-ready turn or property maintenance ticket. Inventory History records the stock action and its related work. Authorized users can also review and restore revisions to catalog item details; restoration never rewrites the stock ledger.
Item descriptions and units are shared within the organization; stock quantities are tracked separately for each property. Company-wide customer archives include supported inventory records, but a standalone inventory import/export tool, location-level stock tracking, and advanced replenishment are not yet available.
How materials connect to turnsYou don't have to catalog your entire maintenance shop before tracking the parts you use most.
